Applications for Year 2 to Year 3 transfer must be made online and details of how to apply are found on the Hounslow website. Children join us from Strand on the Green Infant and Nursery School at the beginning of the school year in which they are 8.

Outside applications for a place in Year 3 or any other of the year groups will be considered in relation to the London Borough of Hounslow's policy.

Moving on

Children move onto a range of schools at the end of their time at Strand. The majority of our children transfer to local schools including Chiswick School, Isleworth and Syon School for Boys, The Green School, Grey Court School, Tiffin School and The Tiffin Girls' School at the end of Year 6.
