Year 3 Trip to Kew Gardens

To support their rainforest and plants topic, Year 3 visited Kew Gardens on Wednesday and they had a great day! They avoided the rain and saw lots of amazing plants and animals - including a poison dart frog and a lizard! Thank you to all of the parents who accompanied them and gave a really positive feedback and said what a delight the children were and how well organized the trip was. Thanks to all three classes who made sure it was a day where lots was learnt and lots of fun was had. Year 3 are writing a recount of their trip as one of their homework tasks which we are hoping to feature in next week’s news.
