Strand on the Green Junior SchoolWelcome to our Erasmus Interns
On Tuesday Miss Chadouli and Miss Moussa, from the island of Mayotte in the Indian Ocean, joined the Strand team for the remainder of the academic year as part of the Erasmus programme. They will be working across the school, getting experience of the English education sytem whilst improving their English skills before returning to Mayotte to train as teachers of English. We will be taking advantage of having native French speakers on the team and they will be working alongside staff to deliver our French lessons initially in Year 4 and 6. We know that Faysa and Soli will get a warm Strand welcome and hope they thoroughly enjoy their time with us.
