WW2 Workshop Year 6

Last week Year 6 were treated to a bespoke workshop on life during WW2. The workshop was organised by Julia Blades, Mum of Bobby in Year 2, and featured Roy Bartlett, a real live WW2 veteran who shared his memories from the era and some artifacts from the collection at Gunnersbury Museum. The children had a fantastic time, immersed themselves in the 1940's atmosphere and learned a great deal.
