Super Summer Fair

The Friends of Strand would like to thank everyone for their support for Saturday's Summer fair! It was a great day with perfect weather – not too hot and thankfully it stayed dry! We're still waiting to hear the final amount raised but as the last event of the school year it rounded off a great year of Friends fundraising! These events can only happen with the support of parents, pupils and staff so thank you for the part that you played no matter how big or small, it all counts. If you secured an auction prize please make your payment to the office asap and collect your prize, and remember to check the list of raffle winners to see if you were one of our lucky winners. A special thank you to Claire Lovell and Victoria Buchanan as it was their last fair. They are stepping down from Friends after a very successful period at the helm – their hard work and dedication has been impressive and they have given unstintingly of their time to make our schools a better place. Thank you from the whole Strand community.
