Strand Sings at Summer Music Festival

Yesterday evening the Year 5 and 6 choir took part in the Hounslow Primary Schools Summer Singing Festival at Hammersmith Town Hall. Performing with choirs from across Hounslow the group sang pieces that they have been practicing for a number of weeks, ably supported by Mr Bonner. The input of an animatir from the Borough’s Music Service has also been invaluable in fine tuning the singing until pitch perfect and performance ready. It wasn’t just current Strandites who were in the limelight either, the stage was filled with ex-Strandites in the orchestra! A huge well done to everyone concerned.
