Strand Cycle to Victory in Big Pedal

This year Strand exceeded their previous performances in the Virtual Bike Race and was an impressive 5th in the National competition, 1st in Hounslow and 1st  in Greater London! We are looking forward to the prizes being announced! Next week the most consistent cyclists in each class will receive their prizes for sticking with it and cycling despite some pretty horrific weather. The class who made the most effort to cycle or scoot on the final stage (3C, 4L, 5B and 6D) will also be treated to their extra playtime. It would be fantastic if we could keep up the cycling habit – the bike marshals will still be sleuthing bikes next term so watch out for those orange tickets!
