Rugby Team Run Out at Grasshoppers

Hounslow does have some very good facilities for our young sports stars, from the multipurpose dome at Cranford to the indoor and outdoor facilities at Dukes Meadows, and not forgetting Hounslow athletics track in Osterley. Adding to the high quality pitches, courts and tracks for our aspiring athletes to perform on, we now have the amazing new rugby and netball pitches at Grasshoppers in Osterley. A state of the art 4G rugby pitch and brilliantly kept grass pitches are ours to use when Hounslow schools play against each other, and ee took a team to play there on Tuesday. Our children exhibited great free-running rugby, superb passing and dummying, and strong defence and committed tag tackling. There were plenty of tries and most importantly plenty of enjoyment! Well done to Eli, Joe, Henry, Max, Alex, Lewis, Noah and Jaiden who not only played with skill and dexterity but also with spirit and great integrity.
