Primary Maths Challenge success

Several Year 5 and 6 pupils were involved in the first stage of the Primary Maths Challenge last November. Out of 66,500 children who took part nationally, only 2521 of the highest scorers were invited to take part in the bonus round. Keya and Brodie from Year 6 were the Strand qualifiers and completed the second paper in February. Their scores put them in the top 1% of students who participated, with Keya receiving a gold award and Brodie a silver award. Congratulations to them both for being amongst the best mathematicians in the UK.
