Maths Squad Compete at Hampton School

This week, we took four Year 5 children to the Maths Wizard Competition at Hampton School. The mathematicians took part in five rounds of problems ranging from rounds entitled "Am I Odd?" to "Consecutive Numbers". In the "Cross Number" round, the young mathematicians were tasked with completing a challenging numerical crossword puzzle. Sofia, Thomas, Gabriel and Oliver worked so well as a team and came 10th out of 22 schools from the local area - well done!
