Leavers Assembly 2014

It was time to say 'Goodbye' to Year 6 - They sang us out in great style with a slightly teary rendition of Super Trooper. We not only said goodbye but it was also time to celebrate the outstanding acheivements of the year.

The winners of the Acheivement Cup were Aidan and Chloe F. Both of them are the embodiment of the Strand Values and were a very popular choice with staff and pupils alike.

The Buj Wretham trophy for Sporting Achievement was won by Flo R and Josiah - both outstanding atheletes and fantastic team players.

Yellow Team were triumphant in the sporting field winning the cups for everything apart from Sports Day - where the honours were taken by Green Team. Yellow also took the Team Points Trophy as well.

There was one final presentation - to the Rampley Family. There has been a Rampley at Strand for the last 27 years and the place just won't be the same without them!
