Indoor Sports Day

Our Autumn of sporting activities continued on Tuesday with a team of year 6 athletes competing at the Hounslow Indoor sports day in Cranford. The multi-use sports dome at Cranford School is a really impressive venue for the exciting races that make up the sports day and we are lucky to have such a venue in our Borough. 46 schools, including special needs schools, from across Hounslow compete in a variety of events including hockey dribble, football dribble, hurdles and obstacle relays. For the majority of the team this was their first experience of representing the school at a sporting event and they really enjoyed their opportunity to show off their skills against other schools. A great day was had by all involved, and Mr Allkins was again impressed by the spirit of the team with our Strand Values shining throughout. Well Done!
