Eco School Project

The Eco Committee have now completed their review of the school which included answering questions about healthy living, marine, litter, water, transport, global citizenship, school grounds, biodiversity, energy and waste. Having discussed the results of the review, with much good humour, they decided that the school as a whole should tackle the topics of biodiversity, energy and waste. They are now wanting the children to come up with some sensible and achievable ideas of how we can make a difference i.e. how to reduce plastics/rubbish in school, what we can recycle or reuse, how we can cut down on our use of energy and how we can improve the school site inside and out. There is a suggestion box in reception so please talk to your child over half term and come up with some fun and interesting solutions to help us make a difference to our school and the planet!
