Dark Ages Day in Year 4

On Thursday Year 4 celebrated their Rulers and Raiders topic by having a Dark Ages day. We were wowed by their costumes and their commitment to character. Luckily, battle was avoided but the children did prepare themselves creating some Viking PE moves. They also made Anglo Saxon brooches and Viking long ships. An excellent day was had by all and it shows how much they have been enjoying their history lessons!
