Coronation Celebrations

A right royal collection of crowns were on show today – thank you to everyone who joined in the fun and made a crown. The children were very proud of their royal garb and enjoyed sharing them in assembly. More news on the SOTG residents competition in next weeks newsletter.

Thank you to everyone who made food for our Coronation Afternoon Tea party today – there were cucumber sandwiches and cupcakes galore! The weather was not in our favour but we made the most of it and spirits were not dampened. The children have all been given a Coronation Mug as a gift from the school to commemorate the occasion and a reminder of this moment in British history. We hope you all have a lovely Coronation weekend, however you are celebrating.
