We’re taking part in the Big Pedal 2014 and have planned lots of events to make this the best Big Pedal Ever! Scooting or pedalling counts and every journey made by parents or siblings add to our total - so make sure you travel by 2 wheels every day for the next 2 weeks! The events we have planned are ......
4th March – Year 3 Bike Fun Day
Ms Woods will be setting up a fun trail for those of you who have mastered cycling. Just bring a roadworthy bike and wear a helmet.
7th March – Year 6 Bike Fun Day
Mr Dienn will be testing your skills in his fiendish obstacle race! Open to anyone in Year 6 who cycles to school – just bring a roadworthy bike and wear a helmet.
12th March – Skills Day for Year 4
Ms Woods and the marshalls will be running a bike skills session for Year 4. We will be learning the ABC of cycling and honing our bike skills.
12th March – Bike Breakfast and Bling Your Bike Event
Our annual Bike Breakfast will be as popular as ever so make sure you cycle or scoot to get your healthy breakfast. This year we have left the Blinging up to you! Be as mad as you like and receive one of our great cycling prizes.
Year 5 – Watch This Space
We are struggling to fit an event in for Year 5 around their visit to Ringsfield but watch this space!
