4M’s Assembly

4M did a fantastic job this morning in their Anglo-Saxon and Viking assembly. Nicknamed by Miss Maynard and Ms Weir as ‘The play with 100 props’, we have busily been painting and crafting swords, shields and a dragons head! They brought to life how the Anglo Saxons lived, the terrifying invasion of the Vikings and the adventures of King Alfred the Great. It ended with some bad Viking humour and a memorable performance from Thor MC Hammer a.k.a Jordan D.
