4H's Assembly

4H started the day with a brilliant assembly – from the creative costumes to the clear and confident delivery - it was a joy from start to finish. The children impressed us with their knowledge of animal habitats, quoting some cracking facts and figures to back up their points. Oozing confidence, they encouraged us all to take more care of our precious planet, giving us tips about how to reduce, reuse and recycle to protect the environment and our endangered species. Travelling to the Serengeti, the Amazon and the Arctic, roving reporters entertained us by interviewing some of our best loved animals, who told us of the changes they had experienced in their own habitats. Ending with the Louis Armstrong classic ‘What a Wonderful World’, 4H left us in no doubt that with them watching over it, it could be. Well done Miss Hiett and 4H.
