GovernorsThe Governing Body is made up of parents, teachers, Local Authority nominees and members of the local community. Elections for the Governing Body take place every four years or when a vacancy occurs. The Governing Body meets at least once a term. Governors are appointed to oversee the running of the school. They help make decisions about what is taught and how the school budget is spent.They are involved in the recruitment and selection of staff. |
