Winter Sports Fest Year 5 and 6

The first round of the Winter Sports Fest got underway this week with the Year 5 and 6 Interhouse Tag Rugby, Netball and Football competitions taking place on Thursday. The competitions were run by Mr Allkins, Miss Coggins and Mr Wretham respectively and saw some very close matches. Over 90 children took part in the fest showing off their skills and sportsmanship in equal measure. A special mention to the Green Tag Rugby team led by Nico, who showed tremendous commitment even though they were down to only 4 players on the pitch. The Year 3 and 4 event will take place next Wednesday morning and the overall results will be announced after that.
